In November 2018, we celebrated the launch of New Mexico United's brand with the inaugural Black & Yellow Bash, a sold-out event attended by the first 800 season ticket holders in downtown Albuquerque. The event featured a stunning projection-mapped space that showcased our new branding through dynamic motion graphics and video content. Attendees were among the first to purchase merchandise and had the opportunity to meet players and coaches. Each subsequent Black & Yellow Bash evolved to accommodate 1,500 attendees at Electric Playhouse, where the visual content expanded in scale and interactivity. Jerseys were revealed live during the event, and important speeches and announcements were made. Notably, not a single attendee left hungry, as we ensured a delightful experience for all.
