Kitfox and Dig& Serve are two outstanding companies based in Santa Fe, New Mexico co-owned and operated by Brandon & Jenn. It started with Dig & Serve, a pop-up dinner event company creating incredible menus exclusively with local ingredients prepared by the best local chefs. The events soon became in high demand and Dig & Serve evolved to accomodate, becoming a go-to for event curation on grand scales in epic and unexpected venues. After years of sustained success, the duo launched their second company, Kitfox, and built a gorgeous glamping destination in the Galisteo Basin outside of Santa Fe. The collection of curated spaces and comforts in the New Mexico wilderness has quickly become a destination for events, weddings retreats, workshops, weekend getaways, and of course the same incredible meals that put them on the map in the first place. I've had the pleasure of working with Brandon and Jenn throughout the evolution of both their companies and have been fortunate to witness the magic they make firsthand. My work has largely consisted of photography and social media curation & influencer marketing, but it's hardly ever felt like work.
