overview:
My work at the University’s MARCOMM department spanned a transformational chapter for the University's brand. In 2016 as the university was entering a brand refresh and logo redesign process on which I served as the only undergraduate student on the New Logo Search Committee, working to design and launch the new logo alongside the agency of record. Working as the primary in-house creator of photo and video content in the first two years of implementing the new brand standards across the institution's many verticals, I brought the brand to life through defining visual standards still upheld today.  I also served as a project lead on productions of multiple student-focused brand activation events including on-campus festivals attended by thousands of students.

I assisted in filming, editing, location scouting, and producing the brand refresh spot and follow up spots. Both "State of Minds" and "Unexpected on Purpose" were recognized as Video of the Year by Kira Awards and received gold awards from CASE District Awards and American Advertising Federation New Mexico.
